Facilities
- We have chosen to downsize our operation and now limit the number of horses that we can house to better meet the needs of our horses and clients. We typically have between 10 to 18 boarders on the farm.
- Main Barn - Twelve cinder block stalls (12’ x 12’) with attached 12’ x 40’ paddocks , two tack rooms, restroom, grooming stall
- Back Barn - Twelve oak board stalls (12’ x 12’) , tack room, grooming stall, feed room
- Outdoor wash area with crossties
- Five grassy turnout pastures with shade - 3-board wooden fencing with two strands of hotwire
- One smaller turnout run with run in stall - combination of panels and 3-board wooden fencing with hotwire
- Two quarantine stalls separate from the main barns for new/ sick/ injured horses
- Trailer parking included
- Extensive security lighting at night
- Outdoor rated fans in each stall during the summer
- Round pen, shaded, wooden 3-board fencing, lighted with sprinkler system to minimize dust
- Full size dressage arena - firm sandy footing, two wood board fencing, lighted
- Oval riding arena with lights and sprinkler system to minimize dust - slightly deeper sandy footing than dressage arena - two board fencing
- Grassy, fenced in jump field with jumps that stay up year round
- Trails available with good footing for barefoot horses
- Shavings storage and manure collection in a covered shed with concrete floor
- Regular manure removal to limit flies, etc.
- Managers reside on site

Coastal Bermuda Hay, Nutrena SafeChoice Original feed, and Water 2x daily
Owner supplied supplements/medication fed by farm once daily with a soaked timothy, alfalfa, or beet pulp pellet meal
Stall/paddock/water bucket cleaning as needed
Pine shavings bedding added as needed
Regular individual daily pasture turnout (weather permitting), night turnout available
Fly spray as needed (provided by owner)
Fans during the day for summer included
Blanketing included
Deworming 2x year (Winter and Summer) opposite Spring and Fall Vet administered deworming
Farm can handle your horse for regular farrier and Spring/Fall vet appointments included (with farm vet and farrier)
Farm schedules regular farrier and Spring/Fall vet appointments for the farm
Designated tack space in tack room
Parking for one horse trailer included

General Information
- Relaxed, family atmosphere focused on safely enjoying a variety of riding disciplines and goals
- We have an instructor available at the farm for clients with their own horses.
- We are open to haul in riders by appointment only for $10 per day. Negative coggins test and rider release required.
- We do not currently have a lesson program for those who do not own a horse. We are open to partnering with an instructor to fill this need.
- Please leave your dogs at home.
- Youth should be supervised by an adult at all times
- Helmets are required for youth and strongly recommended for adults
- Everyone at the farm must have a current (within the past year) rider release filled out and on file.
- Retired or injured horses needing a layup are welcomed. Long term care is our specialty.
